My Story

Get to Know Me

Amber Patterson was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She and her family relocated to Western North Carolina in August 2020. In 2011, Amber began her career as a mortgage lender. She has originated thousands of loans, and continues to assist her clients today. Amber's extensive knowledge of financing solutions coupled with her passion for real estate, service to clients, and attention to detail make her one of Western North Carolina’s most desired real estate brokers. As a wife and mother to three beautiful children, you can rest assured that Amber will work relentlessly for your best interests and goals. She is honest, hands-on, great at communication, and extremely dedicated to her clients and their needs. Her mantra will always remain, “traditionally untraditional.” In essence, she is a true leader and not afraid to think outside of the box and use her creativity to serve you.
